About the role
In this role, you will lead one of our most important growth strategies partnering with employers (OpenAI, Rivian, and Palantir) on the demand side and professional (think Airbnb) hosts on the supply side
Last year we grew by 8x YoY through a few strategies but one of them was working with companies like OpenAI, Snapchat, and Palantir and onboarding hundreds of hosts with great units to house interns and new hires
The ideal candidate has built and sold things in the past, has a strong communication skills, and is excited about building the people first real-estate platform.
What you'll do:
- Manage relationships with employer partners like Rivian, OpenAI, Palantir etc and help their interns secure hosuing
- Onboard professional hosts with units that match the demand from employer partners
- Iterate and improve on this important growth strategy
- Mentorship from Ohana's ex McKinsey & ex Apple fouding team
