As we continue to scale our US business, we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Partnerships Lead to help us drive growth across both eCommerce marketplaces and FinTech/banking channels. This is a high-impact role with a chance to shape how we expand our ecosystem in the US (based in NY).
Role Description
The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for strengthening local partnerships, sourcing new client opportunities, and diversifying revenue streams. You’ll work closely with our HQ marketplace solution team while serving as the local face of partnerships for US eCommerce marketplaces, FinTechs, and banking institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Partnerships (50%)
• Strengthen relationships with existing and new marketplaces to onboard US and cross-border merchants.
• Act as the local liaison with HQ’s marketplace solution team to strategize and execute platform-level partnerships.
• Support sales enablement by preparing proposals, pitches, and partnership materials.
FinTech & Banking Partnerships (50%)
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing U.S. FinTech and banking partners.
• Build a pipeline of new partnerships to open fresh channel opportunities and diversify revenue streams.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align offerings with regulatory and partner requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within eCommerce, FinTech, or payments.
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and scaling partnerships.
• Strong network across US eCommerce marketplaces, FinTechs, and/or banking institutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can collaborate across global teams.
