Job description: Job Title: Contract Physical Therapist Job Type: Contract / 1099 Setting: K–12 Schools, remote Position SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide school-based services to students with disabilities. The Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations, support the IEP process, and provide services that help students access their educational environment. Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Provide direct or consultative PT services as outlined in student IEPs Develop and monitor goals related to mobility and functional motor skills Maintain service documentation and progress notes Qualifications Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy Active state Physical Therapist license Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred Work Location: Remote
