Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with a CA license to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various physical, emotional, and developmental challenges. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' daily living skills and overall functionality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure holistic patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge planning. Document patient progress accurately in accordance with medical terminology and facility protocols. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the specific needs of various populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
