ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two to four years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Follow and maintain commission standards; food specifications and quality standards set by culinary management.
- Follows recipes according to set standards.
- Follow plating specifications to ensure food consistency.
- Follow verbal orders from multiple managers to ensure service standards.
- Complete requisitions for food products from stores, and learn impact on food costs.
- Complete all food preparations in a timely manner.
- Complete all food preparations to set standards, par levels and acceptable limits.
- Compete all tasks in timely manner, and hit standard service "target" times.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe work environment.
- Assist in all aspects of culinary arena in multiple areas including cold food, catering and line production as assigned.
- Help ensure that all products are being labeled and dated to eliminate waste, and are being properly stored and held at proper temperature.
- Help ensure that all products are being rotated properly and handled safely.
- Ability to work various shifts; day, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business and management demands.
- Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
