Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the operations of the company through general ledger management, financial reporting, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insight to management.
- Collaborate with operational teams to align financial processes with business goals.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
