**Truck Driver -- 4 Positions**
Safely and productively drive company commercial motor vehicles (CMV's) designed to haul construction materials like aggregate, dirt, rock and water, from location to location to build company projects.
Essential Functions
Drive tractor/dump trailer combination or straight dump truck transporting a variety of construction materials on company projects. Prior to driving a company CMV, perform inspections by walking around and examining tractor and trailer components.
Accurately document condition of tractor and or trailer components noting any safety defects or potential
DOT violations on a prepared DVIR. Review CMV's previous DVIR before driving assuring all safety defects have been properly repaired by a qualified person. Perform manual labor by; coupling and uncoupling trailers; using hand tools to clear gates of lodged rock, debris or other material; clean accumulated dirt and mud off tractor and/or trailer; secure loads with chains, straps and/or tarps; lift and move blocks and other weights used to chalk CMV's or secure loads; crawl under truck and trailer to inspect and adjust brake lines, air lines, and other safety components; assist maintenance personnel with basic truck maintenance such as lubricating or helping with repairs. Receive, understand and follow verbal instructions given face to face or via radio communication. Using radios to effectively communicate with others on company projects. Obey all traffic laws and FMCSA rules and regulations. Travel to and from job site in company trade area.
**Must have documentation for completing I-9 form for employer.**
**Must have resided in the state of Wyoming for at least 90 days.**
