This role will provide analytical thought leadership to develop pricing strategy recommendations, work cross-functionally to gather required inputs to support price setting decisions, and own performance analytics and insights to drive profitability improvements. This role will be responsible for understanding the competitive landscape, analyzing and interpreting market trends and internal cost structures. Position Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing as an end-to-end process from strategy development to price setting techniques, governance and supporting technologies in alignment with business strategy.
- Develop strategies that optimize our product mix and maximize margin while fully utilizing our production capabilities.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing to understand and balance customer requirements with production and logistics constraints when developing optimal pricing strategy.
- Lead and influence stakeholders on market conditions, economic value assessments and pricing strategies through completion of complex analysis, planning and communication.
- Lead change management initiatives across the broader business as the company evolves into a value-based pricing culture.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or related field is required. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of four years of related work experience in commercial management, pricing, sales or finance.
- Experience in pricing, trade analytics, FP&A or profit and loss responsibility.
- Track record of identifying, developing strategies and executing on margin improvement opportunities.
- Must possess proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with other accounting and integrated reporting solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and listening are required.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority
