Duties
- Conduct outbound calling efforts to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and achieving sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services, while effectively communicating value propositions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to conduct outbound calls confidently and professionally.
