This role is 100% focused on cold outbound — cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and yes, even walking into businesses and introducing yourself. Your mission: open doors and start conversations with decision-makers that lead to qualified appointments for our team.

Now we’re looking for an Executive-Level Personal Assistant to help our President stay focused, efficient, and two steps ahead — across multiple office locations and fast-moving priorities.
Duties
Cold Outreach
- Cold call businesses in our target industries and service areas
- Send personalized cold emails and direct messages
- Knock on doors of local businesses and introduce our agency services
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
- Book qualified discovery calls for our agency executives
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Log all outreach in our CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)
- Track activities, follow-ups, and lead status
- Maintain clean and accurate prospecting data
Market Intelligence (5%)
- Research new business categories and geographic opportunities
- Attend local networking events, expos, or chamber meetings
- Gather intel about prospects to improve future outreach

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or door-to-door experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable making 100 cold calls per day and sending 50 outbound emails
- Located in and willing to travel across our target Central Florida markets
