This role combines people management and operational leadership, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality attorney support, and a well-functioning office environment. Regular travel between offices is required and will be reimbursed via mileage.

- Manage Legal Administrative Assistants, Document Specialists, Reception, and other support staff
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and corrective actions in partnership with HR and leadership
- Conduct performance reviews and develop training programs with HR and Knowledge & Innovation
- Partner with attorneys to assess workflow needs and ensure effective support
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and productivity
- Oversee office conditions, conference spaces, and overall functionality across all locations
- Manage office and breakroom supply budgets
- Collaborate with internal departments to address operational needs
- Serve as a key resource for attorneys and staff, resolving issues or directing appropriately
- Provide updates to the Director of Administration on team performance and office operations
- Support employee engagement initiatives across the region
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of management experience leading diverse teams
- Experience in office operations, workflow, and administrative leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence stakeholders
- Law firm experience strongly preferred
