Offit Kurman, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Administrative Assistant to support a team of four Commercial Litigation attorneys in our Wilmington, Delaware office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment and brings strong litigation support experience.

- Manage complex attorney calendars, including court dates, deadlines, meetings, and travel
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Handle e-filing in federal, state, and district courts (required)
- Coordinate and communicate with court clerks regarding filings, procedures, and scheduling
- Oversee new client/matter intake and maintain organized case files (electronic and physical)
- Support case management, including tracking deadlines and assisting with trial preparation
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Process expense reports and other administrative/accounting-related tasks
- Provide general administrative support and collaborate with the broader legal team
- 3 years of litigation experience within a law firm (required)
- Proven experience supporting multiple attorneys in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
- Experience with federal, state, and district court e-filing (required)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal systems
- Labor & Employment experience is a plus
