Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Support professional located at our headquarters in Reading, PA. The Inside Sales Support team member will assist the sales team by managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the sales process. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, supporting sales operations, and maintaining accurate customer records to help grow and retain business relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales Operations to support the sales team effectively
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a dedication to maintaining high Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
