Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial janitorial and cleaning services at assigned client locations
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface and carpeted floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all client sites
Requirements:

- Prior commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Hendersonville, TN area
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability, including evenings and/or weekends
