Small Package Delivery Driver
Position Title: Small Package Delivery DriverJob Type: Contract / Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and professional Small Package Delivery Drivers to pick up and deliver packages safely and on time. Drivers will be responsible for completing daily routes, handling packages with care, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver small packages to residential and business locations
- Complete assigned delivery routes in a timely and efficient manner
- Use GPS or delivery apps to navigate routes
- Scan, track, and confirm package deliveries as required
- Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss
- Communicate professionally with customers and business partners
- Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle
- Follow all company policies, safety rules, and delivery procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documents
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid auto insurance
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must be able to lift and carry small packages up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a smartphone with GPS capability
- Previous delivery, courier, rideshare, or logistics experience is a plus
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be fluent in English
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, bending, and climbing stairs
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Pay: $200.00 - $260.00 per day
Work Location: On the road
