What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler/ Logistics Coordinator position at Office Pavilion?
Small local business looking for someone to schedule our projects/manpower/resources and coordinate shipments.

Team player that collaborates with others to find solutions.
Good computer/technology skills. Will be on a computer all day, emailing and calling clients/vendors.
High attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
Schedule projects, manpower, vehicles and coordinate this with clients/site requirements and product availability
Think creatively and strategically to shuffle the schedule to acoomodate last minute changes
Track product (containers, LCL) and assist with the coordination of bringing the product in "just in time"
Ensure project completions are done in a timely manner
Work with the Service Punch Technician to expedite punch information to the ordering team
Provide clients with excellent customer service by communicating timely and effectively (Main POC for scheduling)
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm
Full Time with excellent benefits including medical, dental, PTO/holidays, 401k, life insurance.
