Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Details:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join the Information Technology Team this summer. The ideal intern will gain hands-on experience while supporting data analysis tools to generate insights that improve operational performance. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Supply Chain and other departments to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing plant and operational data to support AI-driven and data analytics initiatives.
- Support the implementation and use of AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot) to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Assist with documenting processes, creating user guides, and supporting adoption of analytics tools across teams.

Education
- Attending a four-year college or university to attain a degree in Technology or a related field; or already awarded bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Required Skills
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Power BI (data visualization, dashboards, and reports).
- Experience or exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
- Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
