Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Details:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Continuous Improvement Intern to support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on optimizing plant operations and processes. This role will provide hands-on experience in analyzing workflows, mapping processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across manufacturing environments. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate labor utilization, downtime, and overall plant activities, helping drive data-informed improvements.
- Assist in mapping and documenting current-state processes across plant operations.
- Analyze data related to labor hours, downtime, and daily operational activities to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams gather data, understand workflows, and support project execution.

Education
- Attending a four-year college or university to attain a degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; or already awarded bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

- Experience creating process maps or flowcharts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
