- Associate’s degree in the same field

Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Organized and able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Computer/Software Proficiency and keyboarding/typing skills- Adobe Creative Suit, Microsoft Word and mail/merges in Microsoft Excel, and desire to learn new software as needed.
- Experience creating fillable forms in Microsoft Word and/or Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience mounting posters, using laminating equipment a plus.
- Diplomacy and good communication skills.
- Dependable-realize it is a small unit that must always be staffed.
- Ability to lead others within the unit would be preferred but not requirement.
