What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Secretary position at Office of the Hillsborough County Attorney?
Position Overview:
Provides support to multiple attorneys in the Nashua and/or Manchester offices. Hours are
generally Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

General Responsibilities:
The candidate must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to draft correspondence and basic legal documents with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities include opening, reviewing, and routing all incoming and interoffice mail; managing and maintaining calendars and schedules; and receiving, welcoming, and responding to all visitors to the office in a courteous and professional manner. The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and committed to ensuring accuracy in all aspects of their work.
High School diploma with a minimum of two years’ experience as an office
assistant or such other experience as the County Attorney finds to be
equivalent
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must possess a valid driver’s license with reliable and available means of
transportation as some traveling may be requested
Salary : $18 - $30
