What You’ll Do:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team providing comprehensive inpatient mental health services.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
- Support patients in improving their overall functioning in work, family, and daily life, and offer guidance and resources for ongoing care.
- Participate in treatment planning, staff meetings, and consultations to ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies and perform related duties as needed.
- Be a part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of those facing mental health challenges.

This position may work rotating, evening shifts or weekends. Schedules are subject to change per operational needs for the hospital. Mandatory overtime may be required. This is a tobacco free campus. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis & breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants selected must successfully complete a background check.
Education: | Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Education from an accredited college or university. |
Experience: | One (1) year full-time or equivalent part-time working in the fields of mental illness, substance abuse, therapy, psychology, or counseling. Volunteer experience may be considered for experience. |

Salary : $44,850 - $74,750
