Nature of Work
Under general supervision, employee will be responsible for various clerical duties including customer service, logging customers to appropriate department, answering/directing phone calls, scanning documents, running/sorting/distributing/scanning mail, email and faxes, following office policies and procedures. Employee will routinely operate various office equipment. Employee may be trained in areas such as financial clerk and equipment coordinator to assist in a backup role. Other duties as assigned. This position may work in Logan and Mingo Counties.
Minimum Qualifications:
Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
Experience: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in routine office work.
- Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
