Phoenix, AZ (In-Office) | Full-Time
At Offensive Marketing Group (OMG), we believe in bold strategies, uncompromising creativity, and results-driven campaigns that refuse to be ignored. Based in Phoenix, we’re a high-performance creative agency serving the defense, firearms, hunting, fishing, outdoors, performance, and adventure industries. Our work thrives on precision, speed, and grit—and we expect the same from our team.
We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to keep our creative engine running at full throttle. This role is the glue between creative, media, and client teams—making sure deliverables are accurate, on time, and executed flawlessly. You’ll work directly with the OMG Producer to bring campaigns to life—scouting and booking locations, coordinating talent, and supporting live productions in the field.
- Coordinate with the OMG Producer on day-to-day flow of creative, digital, and production projects across multiple clients.
- Manage timelines, asset tracking, and production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with creative, media, and client strategy teams to align deliverables and expectations.
- Organize and maintain production files, project documentation, and version control.
- Support client deliverables by preparing proofs, coordinating feedback, and trafficking final assets.
- Anticipate production challenges and proactively solve problems before any hurdles should arise.
- Work directly with the OMG Producer to:
- Research, source, and book locations for photo/video productions.
- Identify, coordinate, and book talent (models, influencers, contractors) as needed.
- Assist with on-site productions, ensuring crews, talent, and logistics run smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal staff to fulfill production needs.
- Ensure all deliverables meet OMG’s quality standards before they leave the door.
- 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, project management, creative operations or other relevant professional experience (agency or production experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with relentless attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating shoots—including booking locations, talent, or vendors—preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- A self-starter with a relentless drive, proactive mindset, and the hustle to take initiative and make things happen.
- Passion for the industries OMG serves (defense, outdoors, performance, adventure) is a strong plus.
- Competitive salary ($50,000–$60,000 depending on experience).
- Full-time, in-office role in Phoenix, AZ with a tight-knit, high-energy team.
- Health, dental, and vision benefits.
- PTO, holidays, and a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
- The opportunity to grow inside one of the most disruptive creative agencies in the firearms, defense, and outdoors space.
