Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering tailored catering solutions.
- Collaborating with our culinary team to develop custom menus that exceed client expectations.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams using accurate BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and clear communication to ensure smooth execution from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Coordinating with the client throughout the planning process and attending the setup and beginning of events.
- Staying current on industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offerings sharp and competitive.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Catering Sales
- Knowledge of Catering operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is beneficial
