Quad Holler ATV Park is part of Unseen Pass, a growing outdoor adventure company operating multiple off-road experiences in East Tennessee. We're looking for dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused individuals to join our team!
As an ATV Tour Guide, you'll do much more than just ride ATVs. You'll be responsible for providing guests with a safe, exciting, and memorable experience from the moment they check in until their tour is complete.
Customer safety is our number one priority. We're looking for individuals who take that responsibility seriously, can confidently lead groups, and are comfortable making decisions independently.
Job Responsibilities
Guest Safety & Tour Operations
- Safely lead guests through off-road trails while maintaining control of the group.
- Deliver thorough safety briefings and explain proper ATV operation before every tour.
- Monitor guests throughout the ride, identifying unsafe behavior and correcting it immediately.
- Adjust riding speeds and routes based on guest experience, trail conditions, and weather.
- Maintain awareness of all guests and ensure nobody gets separated from the group.
- Respond appropriately to accidents, mechanical issues, and emergencies.
- Enforce all company safety policies consistently.
Guest Check-In & Customer Service
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Check guests in for their scheduled tours.
- Verify reservations, complete required paperwork, and ensure guests meet participation requirements.
- Explain tour expectations, safety rules, and what guests should expect during their adventure.
- Answer customer questions and assist with daily reservations and tour coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after every tour.
ATV & Park Responsibilities
- Complete pre-ride inspections to ensure machines are safe to operate.
- Wash, fuel, and prepare ATVs between tours.
- Identify and report mechanical concerns or damaged equipment.
- Help maintain clean, organized check-in areas and park facilities.
- Communicate trail hazards and maintenance needs to management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual: Guests are counting on you to show up and run their tours.
- Safety-focused: Must understand the responsibility of keeping customers safe.
- Independent and responsible: Comfortable managing tours and daily operations with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills: Able to confidently give instructions and correct unsafe behavior.
- Customer-service oriented: Friendly, outgoing, and professional.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working outdoors in mud, rain, heat, and changing conditions.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous ATV or off-road experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
Compensation & Benefits
- $17/hour tips once training is completed and the guide is qualified to run tours independently.
