Job Summary

We’re looking for a safety-focused, friendly Zipline & ATV Tour Guide to lead guests through exciting outdoor adventures. You’ll provide clear instructions, operate and inspect equipment, and help create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Lead zipline and ATV tours while following all safety procedures.
• Give guests clear instructions on equipment use and tour expectations.
• Fit and check harnesses, helmets, and other protective gear.
• Inspect and maintain tour equipment and course areas; report any concerns.
• Monitor guests throughout tours and respond calmly to changing conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions.
• Assist with check-in, equipment setup, and other daily operations as needed.
• Complete required safety checks and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stay calm, alert, and professional in a safety-sensitive role.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in outdoor recreation, guiding, or ATV operation is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to assist guests with safety equipment and handle equipment.
• Ability to work at heights and participate in ATV activities, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
