Marketing Content Creator
Job Overview:
Our Marketing Content Creator works closely with our Sales and Marketing team to support the development of the company’s B2B and B2C marketing and digital media strategies. This position will utilize various platforms to produce high-quality work, take a detailed approach to daily tasks, and work well with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization. The Marketing Content Creator reports to the VP of Marketing and will have the opportunity to work with an energetic, collaborative team open to new ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns; segregate email lists based on audience criteria; analyze performance metrics
- Develop and craft relevant content for email and digital ad campaigns, including ideation, writing copy, and selecting visual platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone across channels
- Review CRM lists; clean data; create automations; liaise with Sales and Operations teams to fully leverage all capabilities of HubSpot
- Utilizes analytic tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns; provides insights and recommendations based on data
- Optimizes web content, conducts keyword research, and implements and follows through with SEO strategies, staying current on search engine algorithms and industry trends
- Strategizes, implements, and tests digital and social ads and paid search
- Conducts monthly reviews of competitors’ digital advertising and industry trends
- Incorporates customer advocacy (testimonials, success stories, solutions in action video) into digital marketing
- Maintains consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Performs other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational goals and objectives
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have analytical skills, SEO knowledge, and experience with content creation
- Have up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Possess solid organizational skills and have a results-oriented, collaborative work style
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
- 1-2 years of experience creating email content and analyzing results
- 1-2 years of experience creating social media posts and analyzing results
- Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus
Job Type:
- Monday - Friday; 8 am - 5 pm
