We are growing and looking for a dependable, motivated technician who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and taking pride in a job well done.
What You'll Do
Technicians manage their own scheduled jobs independently while representing the company in customers' homes and businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide professional carpet cleaning services
- Clean upholstery, tile and grout, hardwood floors, rugs, and other surfaces as trained
- Travel to residential and commercial customer locations
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate additional services or products
- Educate customers about our services and maintenance options
- Complete required job documentation and company procedures
- Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and assigned work vehicle
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Follow company safety, quality, and customer-service standards
- Work independently while remaining accountable to management and company procedures
Who We're Looking For
The right person for this position is:

- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments and responsibilities
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications
- Willing to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and management

- Comfortable recommending additional services when they benefit the customer
- Able to work as part of a team when needed
Previous carpet-cleaning experience is not required. We provide paid, hands-on training.
Previous customer service, sales, home-service, maintenance, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Reliable smartphone with internet access
- Ability to travel throughout the Texarkana service area
- Ability to perform the physical duties required for residential and commercial cleaning work
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to pass applicable background and driving-record screening

Compensation
This is a commission-based technician position with performance incentives and opportunities to increase earnings through productivity, customer service, and additional services.
Expected annual earnings for full-time technicians are approximately $30,000–$50,000, depending on workload, performance, and commission earned.
