Responsible to supports the IT infrastructure of the plant (office and shopfloor).
Responsibilities
▪ Support the IT infrastructure of the plant (office and shopfloor).
▪ Support scanners for label verification and SAP.
▪ Support and manage IT inventory for the 3 buildings.
▪ Troubleshot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
▪ Support manufacturing engineering in operating and maintaining MES according to standards.
▪ Support with system backups and patch management.
▪ Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3 years experience in IT support
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
- Problem-solving and communication skills
