Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Civilian Foundations Development (CFD) Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.
- This position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract.
- Deliver foundational training programs supporting civilian workforce development.
- Update course materials and maintain content across learning platforms and delivery modalities.
- Facilitate online and resident classroom instruction.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate learner progress, and provide feedback.
- Enter, update, and maintain course information in government-approved systems.
- Compile and analyze end-of-course metrics and assist with reporting requirements.
- Participate in ADDIE-based instructional development initiatives.
- Support student engagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness activities.
- Maintain compliance with CLDS instructional guidance and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline; or approved degree/experience equivalency.
- One (1) year of online instruction experience utilizing Microsoft Teams, Canvas, or similar LMS platform.
- Experience facilitating group instruction and learner engagement activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Department of the Air Force or federal workforce development experience.
- Adult learning and instructional facilitation experience.
- Experience supporting leadership development programs.
