Join Our Team as a Server – Deliver Exceptional Service with a View!

Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Server to join our dynamic team at a premier resort on beautiful Leech Lake. If you enjoy engaging with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a collaborative team, this is the opportunity for you!

This is a seasonal position running from May through October, with flexibility around both the start and end dates.

As a server, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, creating memorable dining moments and ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and well taken care of. With breathtaking views and a positive work culture, it’s a role you’ll love coming to every day.

Key Responsibilities Of The Server

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and inform them of daily specials, menu changes, and recommendations.
• Food & Beverage Service: Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any needs or concerns, ensuring that they are fully satisfied with their meal and service.
• Side Work: Complete all assigned side work to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
  
  

Requirements

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
  
  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, use hands, hear, talk and reach. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to work at a fast pace for extended periods of time in a high-pressure environment.
