Key Responsibilities Of The Bartender
- Guest Interaction: Greet and engage guests in a friendly, timely manner, answering any questions they have about food, drinks, and the resort.
- Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following established recipes and standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction, ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable dining experience.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, stocked bar area and ensure that glassware is washed and sterilized to the highest standards.
- Inventory Control: Take inventory of supplies as needed and report any shortages.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service and support the overall resort experience.
