Job Title: Bartender
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers. The bartender will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands: The bartender must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions: The bartender will work in a bar environment with exposure to alcohol, loud music, and a fast-paced atmosphere.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $12.48 per hour
