- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on servers and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Document all maintenance activities and updates in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for data center operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.
