The Role:- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Assignment duration: 6 months, option to extend.
- Shift Type: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). Schedule must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month; night coverage: 3-6 night shifts per month. Typical hours: 3-4 shifts per week (36 hours/week). Minimum commitment: 4 weeks and 3 shifts/week.
- Cases: OB (including high-risk OB), pediatrics, neuro head cases.
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Supervised model.
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~6 weeks (AZ licensed); ~2 months (IMLC); ~3 months (not licensed in AZ)
