The Role:CRNA needed near O'Fallon, MO to start ASAP and work on-going.

• What is the current Staffing Model of this program (MD & APCs)?: MD-CRNA-AA

• Please provide days and times below.: M-F times TBD but potentially a mix of 9h shifts at the Surgery center and 10h shifts at the main Hospital
• What EMR system does this facility use?: Epic
• What is the night coverage model?: Pager
• What is the weekend coverage model?: Pager
• What is the Anesthetists staffing model?: medically directed
• Specific skills are required?: Peds Capable -Healthy pediatrics. BMT, tonsils and adenoids. Occasionally an orthopedic case.
• Is there a backup pager?: No, on weekdays, No, on weekends
• Is there CRNA support for the in house pager?: No, no weekdays

• Additional information: Possible potential for call in the future
• Cases include: Lots of eyes, ortho, total joints (lots), urology, general, podiatry, endo, vascular, lungs (not too often), blocks, healthy peds (ENT), spine. No hearts, heads, trauma, or OB. The three most common blocks are: Spinals; Adductor canal blocks; Interscalene blocks. The CRNA’s do blocks as well as the anesthesiologist, so if someone does not do blocks we will still use them
