Odyssey Learning Center is a non-public school dedicated to providing specialized education for children and adults with autism. We offer a multi-dimensional approach to teaching, focusing on communication, academic, and vocational skills.

At Odyssey Learning Center, we believe in growing from within. Many of our administrative team and teaching staff began as Instructional Aides and have been with the organization for years. We offer mentorship and fully fund a credential teaching program for those aides who have a desire to become a teacher and apply for our program. Join a team that invests in future educators!

We are hiring for:

• Transportation Instructional Aide:

Monday-Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm

Candidates who have strong dedication and longevity with their current & past employers are strongly encouraged to apply (no job hoppers)

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 with a valid CA Driver's License

· 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism

· High school diploma or GED/equivalent

· Ability to pass a background check, physical, pre-employment drug screen, have a clean driving record, and TB clearance.

Candidates with Caregiving, Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, Teacher Assistant and relevant experience are encouraged to apply!

Starting Pay Scale:

Transportation Instructional Aide $21.00 -27.00 per hour (based on experience & education)

Salary Range:

Transportation Instructional Aide- $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
