Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on components such as motors, valves, and electronic assemblies within AC/heating and air pressure control units
- Work from diagnostics and parts provided by the evaluation/inspection team
- Execute precise repairs using hand tools and soldering techniques
- Identify when additional parts or deeper troubleshooting is required beyond initial diagnostics
- Ensure quality and functionality of repaired units before completion
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience using basic hand tools and soldering (including circuit boards)
- Ability to follow diagnostic direction and complete detailed repair work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- 1–2 years of relevant hands-on repair experience
Preferred Background (ranked)
- Aerospace/Aviation – FAA certification or A&P License; aircraft maintenance/repair experience
- Automotive – experience with air systems maintenance or repair
- Electronics Manufacturing – micro-soldering, PCB/circuit board repair
