We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused team member to join our repair shop in Stillwater. This role combines customer service with hands-on technical work, including learning to repair mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with device issues
- Check in devices and document condition
- Perform basic repairs such as screen and battery replacements (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and timelines
- Recommend accessories such as screen protectors and cases when appropriate
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn hands-on technical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Reliable and able to work scheduled hours
- Basic computer skills
