Quality Engineering Manager
Location: Shawnee, Oklahoma Area
Travel: 25–40%, including customer sites
Compensation: Salary TBD, plus a 10% bonus
Quality Engineering Manager needed to lead a team responsible for finished-product quality, customer quality issues, and continuous improvement of quality management processes within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- 7–10 years of relevant quality engineering or manufacturing experience.
- At least three years of management or people-leadership experience.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing and familiarity with applicable aerospace quality and compliance standards.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and developing a team of professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer quality issues, drive root-cause investigations, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Experience developing, maintaining, or improving quality management systems and processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel 25–40% of the time, including visits to customer sites and the Colorado facility.
