Odyssey Charter High School is seeking a dedicated and creative Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in New Castle, DE. The Marketing Specialist will design and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, create promotional materials, and analyze campaign performance. The role will also include collaborating with various departments to enhance engagement with students, families, and the community and ensuring consistent branding across platforms.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with stakeholders and fostering positive relationships
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop data-driven, targeted campaigns
- Sales and Marketing expertise to craft effective promotional materials and drive engagement
