Full-Time Carpenter – East Bay
We are a leading East Bay general contractor seeking an experienced Full-Time Carpenter to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and works well both independently and with others. Projects include high-end residential remodels, additions, and select commercial work throughout the East Bay.
Responsibilities
· Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and general carpentry
· Install drywall, flooring, tile, doors, siding, and finishes
· Read and interpret plans and schematics
· Support kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels
· Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
· Maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
Qualifications
· 5 years carpentry or general construction experience
· Strong framing and remodel experience
· Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in tight spaces
· Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
· Reliable communication and strong work ethic
· Professional demeanor with homeowners, subs, and vendors
Schedule & Pay
· Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
· $25–$45/hr, DOE
· Steady, local East Bay work (no long commutes)
