This role requires excellent physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruct and install building frameworks, including siding, trim, roofing and doors.Read and interpret inspection reports, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate the materials required.Repair and replace existing structures, such as stairways, drywall, damaged framing, siding, trim and roofing.Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations on all job sites.Essential Qualifications5 years of Proven experience as a CarpenterExpertise in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices (e.g., hammers, saws, levels, squares).Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long periods.A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable truck for transportation to various job sites.Company DescriptionWith over 32 years of experience in the structural pest control industry and 45 years experience in the construction industry.
