About the Role
We are seeking a passionate BCBA Intern who is actively pursuing certification and eager to grow into a confident, skilled clinician. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced BCBAs, gaining hands-on experience while helping children and families reach meaningful, lasting progress.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Assist with assessments and individualized treatment planning
- Collect, track, and analyze client data
- Collaborate with caregivers and RBTs to ensure consistent care
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or final semester) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Actively pursuing BCBA certification and supervision hours
- RBT certification preferred, not required
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children with autism and their families
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
