About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of A-Player clinicians in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an opportunity to lead clinical care, mentor others, and make a lasting impact on children and families while working in an environment that truly supports you. What You'll Be Doing (On-Site)
- Manage a caseload with 27 billable hours per week
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs
- Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions
- Collaborate in clinical meetings and team huddles
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus Opportunities: Available for exceeding billable expectations
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Flexible daytime hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Arizona time)
- No weekends

Who We're Looking For
- Certified BCBA with active (or eligible) Arizona LBA license
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently while staying team-oriented
- A clinician who values ethics, outcomes, and relationships
- In-person ABA experience preferred, but not required
