Senior Creative Strategist (Remote)

About Odyssey Growth Group:Odyssey helps 7-9-figure e-commerce brands increase revenue, ROAS, and high-fives. With our unique understanding of messaging, targeting, media channels, and creative, we help companies find the inflection point that unlocks their next stage of growth.We're looking for a creative, inquisitive, strategic do-er to join our team and lead the creation process for new ads - from ideation, to script-writing, to post production with our video editing team.Job Responsibilities:Spearhead quarterly creative vision planning with clientsIdeate and write conversion-driven scripts for new adsStoryboard new creative ideas using tools like Figma, ForePlay, Notion, and moreConsistently create premium UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platformsWork with internal and 3rd-party production partners to create video, gif, and other types types of formats for adsAnalyze performance data, come up with new ideas for big swings and iterations that can improve performanceWork with our internal team to build client-facing reports that help us make key creative decisionsConsistently make ads that command more spend, drive better CPA's, thumbstops, and CTR'sQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent required5-7 years of experience in a creative role at an e-commerce company or e-commerce-focused agencyExperience with Figma is requiredExperience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate is preferredExperience creating performance-driven ads for Facebook, TikTok, YoutubeExperience shooting UGC videos yourself for paid platformsCan-do attitude is a must; this is a start-up that requires you to wear many hats and deal with a certain level of day-to-day uncertaintyExperience driving projects forward in design including websites, paid media, apps, and email is strongly encouragedCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salaryFlexible PTO with 9 paid holidaysFully remote100% employer-sponsored health benefits401(k) with company matching
