Advertising Business Intern (Unpaid)

As Korean content and anime consumption rapidly expand among younger audiences, ODK Media is strategically accelerating its reach into Gen Z and millennial viewers. Through our advertising business, we empower brands to connect with culturally diverse, digitally native consumers — while advancing cultural diversity through media.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to:

• The business structure of streaming services
• The advertising-driven revenue model of digital media platforms
• The supply chain between advertisers, media agencies, and streaming platforms
• Campaign planning, proposal development, and case study building
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and content teams

You will gain practical insight into how advertising fuels the streaming ecosystem and how media companies structure and monetize ad inventory.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the creation of client-facing advertising proposals
• Design visually impactful pitch decks and marketing materials
• Develop case studies highlighting advertiser campaign performance and success stories
• Conduct market and audience research to strengthen proposal messaging
• Coordinate communication between internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing)
• Support approximately 3–5 proposal or case study projects per week

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive in communication, and capable of producing polished deliverables.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has a great sense of marketing
• Can craft impactful marketing messages tailored to target clients
• Has strong visual storytelling skills and can create engaging presentation decks
• Is proficient in design and video tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe, Canva, video editing tools)
• Demonstrates analytical thinking through market and audience research
• Can logically connect research insights to ODK’s advertising products
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Extracts key context and insights from discussions
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments

Interest in streaming media, Korean content, anime, or youth consumer trends is a strong plus.
