NOW HIRING: ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT NEEDED 2-3 DAYS/WEEK
Super friendly, outgoing personality who is great with kids, professional and detail oriented needed to assist with sterilization and chairside procedures in a growing orthodontic office! Pay based on experience. We pride ourselves in being the friendliest orthodontic office in town where we continually provide excellent patient experience for both kids and adults so that they enjoy their braces or Invisalign treatment. SCHEDULE ALTERNATES EVERY OTHER MONDAY, EVERY TUESDAY, EVERY THURSDAY, candidate must be able to fulfill shifts associated with the position which alternate 2-3days per week. General computer skills are necessary (typing, emailing, word, excel). Dental knowledge is a plus but not required. No certifications needed, but xray certification and/or dental assisting certification are also a plus. Willing to train the right person! Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures by working chairside on patients, placing and removing appliances, doing adjusments.
- Managing team instruments and help with sterilization protocols.
- Utilize 3D scanners and X-ray equipment to capture images for treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Prepare treatment areas by following aseptic techniques and ensuring cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions.
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
