We’re looking for a talented interior designer with a degree in Interior Design (or a related field) and 2 years of experience. Does this sound like you? Let’s talk.
Responsibilities:
As an interior designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Preparing presentations and design documentation with attention to detail, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
- Present design concepts and drawings in client presentations.
- Space planning and layouts to optimize the functionality and aesthetics of interior spaces.
- Creating compelling design concepts and mood boards that effectively communicate design intentions to clients.
- Selecting materials, fixtures, finishes, and furniture that align with the project's design concept and budget.
- Visiting job sites to monitor the installation of designs and meet with subcontractors.
- Manage budget documents, purchase orders, and similar project accounting.
- Utilizing CAD software and 3D rendering skills to create detailed drawings and visualizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field and at least two years of experience.
- Proficiency in CAD design software, ideally BIM-based. The exact software is not important - we will provide training as needed. Strong 3D rendering skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Self-starter with the willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
