The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly qualified and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join the team on the ground floor as we grow and scale ODDITY's newest brand, METHODIQ. METHODIQ is a telehealth platform delivering personalized care solutions via AI-driven diagnostics, biotech innovation, and medical-grade skincare. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to develop and execute the product vision and roadmap across web and mobile, supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives from concept through launch - leveraging research and data to evolve strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder development projects, ensuring milestones are met from design through release.
- Define, build, and own best-in-class products, from ideation to A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Collaborate across functions — including Engineering, QA, Data Science, and Computer Vision — to manage and continuously optimize product roadmaps
- Align closely with brand, customer experience (CX), and operations teams to ensure products are delivering against user needs and business goals
- Translate high-level business objectives into product strategies and roadmaps, setting clear priorities and success metrics for execution teams
Who You Are:
- 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-up, or similar fast-paced, analytically rigorous environments
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills — comfortable operating independently in high-ambiguity environments to define priorities, solve complex problems, and drive impact
- Highly accountable self-starter with a sense of ownership, urgency, and a results-driven mindset
- User-obsessed and business-oriented, with a passion for building high-impact products that delight customers and deliver measurable value
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, capable of independently managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 USD Annually
